How to Refer

We accept referrals from individuals directly, as well as from health care providers, social service providers, educational systems, and insurance companies.

• Members of the public do not require a physician referral to see a psychologist with Halton Psychological Services. If you are seeking assessment or therapy for yourself or a family member, please call us directly at (905) 878-6650 to book an appointment.
• If you are a physician, psychologist or allied health professional, please complete our referral form or we would be happy to fax you a copy at your request. Please fax completed referral forms to (905) 905-878-2205.
• We also welcome referrals from disability insurers and rehabilitation consultants, where the aim is psychotherapy and return-to-work programs.
